Modified the package name, translation, ux to use multiple instances of this utility for each version.Put on the first position the appropriate package.
The advantage is that it should not be re-configured to use another version of NextGen.
Has preconfigured path:
- N3-Ext : /mnt/extSdCard/iGO_Africa
- N8-Int : /storage/emulated/0/iGO_Africa

- for iGO_World there is no .apk to launch external applications, so it must be released from a file manager; this is how skin change and iGO World start up.
