Did you follow every step, did you delete fullscreen=1 from sys.txt?

Hi, I have the same problem as you, I have an ekiy rs pro with picture by picture, and with igo luna it does it perfectly, but igo pal always starts in full screen when it resets, I have done what you put as a solution and it continues to start in full screen not in the picture and picture window, the igo luna 9.35. 2. 153810 skin I put October 20, 2023 does it perfectly

Yes, I did all the steps you put but when it resets it opens in full screen, I remove it and it goes into the pip window.

Strange as I haven't had an issue since I did all the steps in my method above, are you definitely using Pal from here? [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
And are you using a skin? I have tested Arimi, Wandel, Garrigor and Pongo and all can have the "not responding" in the PIP but not in full screen. Pongo and Arimi seem to cause most instances, as Boki said in post #6 Pongo skin is complicated and in post #2 that split screen or PIP is not iGO's natural environment. The Pal version above comes with default skin which also works fine in PIP for me. I am a huge fan of all 4 skins, with Pongo being my favourite, so I tried a few of the Pongo mods available on the forum and I found this one works great [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Its been well over 2 weeks now and its working great.
I am not familiar with your unit, what are the specs and what android version? plus is the android version geniune? Mine is a Mekede/Navifly Dudu7 UIS7870 2.7ghz 8 core, with 8gb Ram with confirmed genuine Android 13

There are examples on youtube when they use 2 or even three apps on the screen at the same time. The tablet supports this feature. As we can see, the pongo skin does a good job with this task.

Yes, interesting videos though I did find them difficult to follow as they are not in English.
I have the following all working in PIP mode on the dudu 7....It has dual PIP on standard mode and also a minimalist mode where one can have 3 like in the video
Pal...Kimiyaci pongo mod
Israel..Vicewandel
Basar...Arimi...strangely wont work well with Pal or Israel
Luna 9.35 64bit....Pongo mod by dodo....No traffic though, would like to try this skin on older versions (not luna) above but links are dead for standard next gen versions
