Thread: VR on android Pie SOLVED ????

It works on Pie Note 8 but not exactly good like on Luna.

I have
- PONGO LATEST
- SYS vr disabled =0
- Vr und vr_de inside content
- ux free text and vr

Pongo skin und NextGen VR apk

Still it. works. only if I click address search I do not see it inside COCKPIT or address menu on the left side.

Sometimes it searches address sometimes it changes City after. my voice command.


In Luna I had VR (mic icon) inside Cockpit and when I click it can search whole database for example I can say

Bremen, Mozart Stra�e 44

and it will find it, I did not have to go inside
GERMANY, BREMEN and than. Address,. it searches automatically whole database.

In this case with Pongo I can only search address inside address menu.

What should I do to enable full range search City, Street Number Poi etc with one voice command?

What do I need to get VR mic inside Cockpit?

P. S It is not so precise like Luna VR.

THE WORST is I said an address it searches (changes) city. sometimes it searches address sometimes city It changes hmm

Has anybody tried with. pongo?

I did that. I know that from Luna. I did that. I still se no VR mic in the Cockpit. Latest Pongo skin hmm his sys everything etc.

Does. it search globally or just the street address?

P. S I do not use TTS, just normal voice but that makes no difference.

Like here..it seems that his VR searches the whole database not just the street in the current city

Thank you my friend. I know about the voice and outside noise but tts did not know. I use VR for Luna without TTS that is why I got confused. Ok gonna try.

How about search? Can it search globally ot just the street or something at current location?

What I mean is this

Luna example
I can search with voice

City, street, number for example I can say

Bremen, Mozzart Stra�e 14 at once, I do not have to find city and than street it will fins city street and number at once there is no need for separate search.

it does not matter if I am in London it will search globally.

What I have now with pongo if I am in Hamburg and I click VR it searches only street inside Hamburg etc etc. It cannot search world wide. But that is not so bad what I hate is that it searches sometimes city sometimes street. I am in Hamburg and and I click VR and say Mozzart Stra�e 14 sometimes it changes city Hamburg and set city as Mozzart and of course shows useless results.

Edit: I got the. mic icon xd but it drives. me crazy with this

I click on the. mic icon and I say street name but it searches city??? It does not focus on street name sometimes it jumps one field down and instead street name it search inside city name. It drives. me. crazy. If I say. Mozart street 45 sometimes it searches for that street sometimes it goes insidde CITY search field. and search city with the name. mozzart.


But what is important it works Not quite good like Luna VR but it works.

IMO:
VR-Entry must be: Street (or Reference, just "Bahnhof") Number City
* say: "Bahnhofstrasse (or only Bahnhof) 47 M�lheim"; is not found
** but say: "M�lheim am Main"; then address is found
