Hello, I am using the version igo netxgen 9.18.27.658108 Jun 15 2016. I changed it because the tmc and time stopped working. in the previous version if the traffic lights worked for me

First - you are using Pongo skin. Second, you put in the schemes which are intended for WinCE Primo. Then that version of NG is quite older...
And finally, your English language is very bad. Besides, you obviously didn't read Announcement even though it's the first and basic thing I told you.
You messed up a lot.
Uninstall that iGO, install a clean release, latest, tweak, put on the last Pongo skin, and spend some time studying its options. Thus there is no point in speculating.
Traffic lights are normally seen on any iGO without any skins and schemes...
The use of the last edition of global_cfg is necessary...
