Thread: No Audio When using IGO Nextgen on Xtorns Android Car player

I will try those settings on NextGen.

It seems next gen creates sys.txt on the unit directly unlike the old system.

iGO Primo Nextgen(Israel) 9.18.27.687519 (Jan 26 2017) link is dead even in the forums too.

Here is the latest update.

I am only trying on Android 8.1 unit

Tried with setting under [Android] as advised above no difference.

What I notice is, first time when I run the setup and go to option of selecting voices, They are working.

Then when I start simulation or in regional setting try different voice - > no sound.

Ding was disable in Sys.txt - I enabled it and deleted Save folder.

Started Maps - ran the initial config - All Good

Started simulation -> All Good -> perfect with sound - playing BT music and navi- Music stops -> Navi talks -> Music starts again

Exit out of the igo-Nextgen APP

Start again - All GOOD

Just to be sure that setting will stay after power down.

Powered-off the unit -> i.e. ACC Off -> Battery power still connected.

Restart, try again -> no Sound again

Checked Sys.txt - nothing is changed (since last changes I made)

So if I keep deleting the "Save Folder" everytime after power off and run setup its all good - this is off course not solution.

I am so confused.
