I also had a sound problem Android 13 phone connected to car via Android Auto and Screen2Auto , iGO_Basar_9.18.27.736574.
When iGO sounded, the Radio turned off. And you couldn't listen to the radio while using iGO navigation.
No changes to sys.txt helped.
The solution to the problem turned out to be: deleting the save folder, deleting the sys.txt file, reinstalling iGO.
Now the radio mutes as there is a message from iGO, after which the radio volume returns to its level. Eventually everything is OK.

As I wrote, changes to the navigation_audio_stream entries did not help, after each change I deleted the iGO cache. Maybe after reinstalling iGO it would work. I'll check it another time.
What you provided in the link is a way to radio with android, my radio has linux and communication with the smartphone takes place via "AndroidAuto" and Screen2Auto.
Sorry, I'm not online that often anymore 🙁
Yes, reinstalling might help, try my DE-Basic ->[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (replace Lang and Voice)
or simply a car holder for the smartphone, because a 6.7" device with Nextgen and TTS voice is completely sufficient - and only very rarely causes problems 😉

The connection of Suzuki SLDA to iGO is correct, thanks to the Screen2Auto application. Everything works fine so I won't change anything.
As for the phone holder, I have a magnetic holder.
