I am using the same NG version 687519 on Galaxy S9 Oreo with german "Anna TTS-Pro from @sandor" voice. Everything is working ok. The only problem is that the announcements volume starts quiet and increases within ca. 0,5 sec to the full volume. With S7 and Android 7 the problem was not available. Any idea on this topic? thx

I have the same issue. I toggled the "gradually increase volume" setting in alarm volume under phone settings and that seemed to have worked. My phone updated overnight and the same problem came back. I toggled the "gradually increase volume" but this time it did not fix the problem. Still looking for a solution.
