Stereo Sound switches off on navigation at warnings?

In these days I have dealt with the "Muting" problem between music/radio and iGO Nextgen, I don't have a car unit but the problem can also be ascertained with smartphones.
If we are listening to the Radio or Mp3 Music, either with Maps or with TomTom Go there is a decrease in volume when there are driving indications of the two navigation systems and increase at their end, this does not happen whatever the number set in audio_stream and with any skin, with the "old" Nextgen versions, (Israel, Pal, Avic).
This function may not even have been included in the Smartphone versions, but in the Avic version it was for sure, since it derives from Pioneer car radios.

I don't know if "Muting" works with the original versions of Play Store, but with the new Luna it works perfectly.

Is there anyone able to "transplant" this function from Luna to the "old" Nextgen?

Hi,
From my experience the issue is the usage of the Google or vocalizer TTS.
The head unit in that case don't understand that the origin of the sound is from the gps and doesn't perform the sound mix.
I solved my problem with the usage of the internal TTS (nuance).

I have no experience with car radios and with smartphones if I use the navigator I do not listen to music, but I have done several tests.

With Israel I tried both the internal TTS, (tts_nua_ve1), the Vocalizer and also the basic voices with the same result, there is no lowering of the volume of the music when there are driving indications.

Probably your Head Unit will help you to mitigate the problem but I do not think to solve it. With the smartphone we can get the right compromise using the Audio Stream output channel other than Music.

The fact remains that with Luna there is no need for any artifice.

Welcome!
I have a 2019 civic that comes with garmin navigation. This time it's not about installing maps for Garmin, but installing other navigation programs such as iGO ...
The station has android 4.2.2 and I have honda hack installed, which is root.
There is no major problem with installing the application, but there is a problem with the sound. For example: listening to music from USB - the message from iGO switches the audio source from USB to audio apps ... This is what happens with any other application excluding yanosik version 3.3.3.6.
I will add that the factory garmin does not switch the sound source. Is it possible to improve it with other applications or edit e.g. iGO for audio?

Unfortunately, this doesn't work (iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519_make.sys_v2).
There are applications that work without a problem, e.g. Here WeGo or sygic ...

Are you sure you entered the settings well in the sys file? tested all values? And that sys is certainly active?

Why not try the PAL package? Or some other NG?

I downloaded Primo Basar 9.6.29.329069 from your link and there is progress. There is no sound. Even during the first start-up, there is silence when selecting the voiceover. Do you think there must be a different entry in sys?

I've tried on different settings:

navigation_audio_stream=1-6

and there is no sound on any of them.
Other versions of iGO have a sound but hang up during a message

The device has no problem with resolution, but it's 800x600
The iGO folder is located in
system root directory (copied with explorer)
The station has root
The voices installed are Polish
Earlier, I wrote that adnroid 4.2.2

What else do you have to give? Here's just an audio problem. Everything else works.

It is not only the fault of the voiceover as there is no clicking noise during operation.

I checked 3 versions of Primo and the same situation on each of them - no sound.
On different files sys ...
