Actually, I told you to ignore the RLE part*. RLE is NOT a requirement. I think your problem is not replacing the bitmaps correctly in the .zip file. No need to open new thread for same problem.

* And yes, iPAQ 31x crap out on large complex image not whether you're using 32 or 64 OS. That is why I told you not to bother with it.
