Hello...
you are ready... these are the steps you can follow:
1.open your image and convert from *.jpg to *.bmp
2.correct the image for any defects... (like the letters in down left corner)
3.resize your image from [800x600] to [800x480] but... (keep the aspect ratio)
then select from photoshop "indexed color" for your image (img1)... and save as *.BMP, *.RLE... (img2)
4.after that, use iPAQ 31x Image Explorer to compress your image...
