Finally, after uninstalling iGO-Pal, I installed iGO 9.18.27.687519 on my OnePlus 5 and it works without downgrading the last Oreo. I only changed from my iGO_Pal folder the iGO 9.18.27.687519 apk, the data.zip file, and I renamed the old folder with iGO_Israel. The sys.txt remains the same, but in [folders] replace data_folder_name="iGO_Pal" by data_folder_name="iGO_Israel". In this way iGO works again flawlessly again.
