    Hy guys,

    maybe someone out there can help.

    I'm always getting fc whenever I start or use the nextgen versions of Igo. Sometimes it just stopped in the middle of navigation and fc. This happens to almost all nextgens versions here..

    And here is the solution (already written once @arimi):
    - from the appropriate archives, the Android folder is copied necessarily to the internal memory card, in the installed applications we stop the process of the idle NextGen and ... start ...
    PS.
    delete old global.cfg (and put new one) and clear folder save and cache device!

    Need some help, Nextgen closes when navigating.

    i tried you're solution wojpen, had the israel file placed in the Android/data/com.nng.igoprimoisrael.javaclient
    Andoid/data folder was already on my phone, just copied com.nng.igoprimoisrael.javaclient in the datafolder.
    igo is installed in internal memory, deleted the save folder and the global_cfg folder from the content folder, stopped the app from running and deleted the cache.

    Started igo again and got the message global_cfg not found.

    Do i have to copy my iGo folder into the Android/data folder ?

    Or do i have to make some changes to the sys text ?

    hope to here from you guys, i need a version with truck profile working

    Why you deleted global_cfg? Nobody says that. Software can not run without it.

    I deleted it from the content folder because the file has a global_cfg in it, so i thought i had the remove the one in the original iGo folder.

    I will put it back and let you know, thx

    I have put the global_cfg back in the iGo/content folder and iGO works again.

    But when i read wojpens post above, it says : PS.
    delete old global.cfg and clear folder save and cache device!

    I'm not sure if i did it right this time and wondering if the program shuts down again after driving for about an half hour

    Delete old file... it usually mean "...and put new one..." Sorry, mr. wojpen wasn't clear enough (corrected now).
    Why is your version shuts down, could be possible several reasons:
    - you are using some old (bad) version
    - you are using some of timebombed skins/versions (most likely)
    - device itself

    If there is another reason in addition to the listed ones, then read and add needed info in accordance with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Thanks for you're help Boki_Srb,

    I have the Asus Padfone Infinity, running Android 4.2.2.
    I had avicsync running with Pongo for about 2 years i guess, and i changed to iGO_Gift 9.18.27.687519 from 26Jan2017, because it has the full truck profile working.
    I removed everything from the old avicsync and started from blank to instal the new iGO_Gift version.
    I installed it from the first post and use the latest Pongo skin from 22-06-2017.
    The program works very good only stops when navigate for some time.
    I have installed the iGO folder in the internal memory ( root ) and made the addons folder in the SD-card.

    Do i have to make a folder Android/data/ to put the file from wojpens post, or just replace the global_cfg in the iGo/content/global_cfg folder ?

    For now i wil replace the global_cfg file in my original iGO/Content/global_cfg folder and test it on monday

    Ok, test it with latest globalcfg.
    If you don't really need it, try without Pongo skin (or try previous version if you do).

    I have tested the original program without the Pongo skin and it doesn't close anymore.

    Do this mean my memory is to low to run the Pongo skin ?

    According to phone specs - no.
    But, phones system is old, I guess its memory management is not adequate.
    Or some other thing, nobody can be sure of that.
