Why "it isn't specific enough" for you? You didn't answer my question: are you using any skin (and what in positive)?
Did you try to edit and change ui_android\xxx_yyy\ui\params_landscape.css and ui_android\xxx_yyy\ui\params_portrait.css files?
There is also possibility to change default fonts, by replacing default with some others. But, again, we need more informations about version of Primo and accompanying files you use.
Or, maybe, replace data.zip with some others, or change some other skin, or combine possible solutions...

Skin: Mostly diMkaWA_aP133_default.zip, although tiny menu fonts appear in any Skin.
Please, note that only the menu fonts are tiny, while the ones in Maps are quite normal.
As a matter of fact, I'm not quite sure which Code entries I have to edit in order to increase only the Menu fonts.
What is more, how can I change just the font type?
These are what I mean when saying that the above mentioned Post is not so specific for me.
I have to make it clear that the same Program in Galaxy S3 phone has not font problems of any kind.
