WIN CE Help for igo primo old

Good afternoon, I have an igo primo 9.6.13.405512, which works very well on WinCE with the Spanish radar categories from 'laradiobbs,' but I can't get it to give a 'wav' voice alert for section radars. The other types of radars are fine; it only alerts (with TTS voice) when I select TTS voice and give the command in sys.txt. It also includes a skin from the same website, which I don't think is the problem. If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful, because there are many colleagues who still don't want to give up their WINCE devices. In the following link is the program (500MB). ...

I looked for help on the website where I downloaded it, but there is no support anymore.

There is no need to upload the entire folder. Just what is specific to your problem is enough. Maps, other content, exe files, etc. are certainly not

You have to be aware that every command, especially those that deviate from the standard ones defined by NNG, must have a supplemental lang and voice files
And that means that experts from your language area have to make an effort. In my country we have a whole team of enthusiasts who are working on adaptations in our language for years, both for WinCE and for Android, standard and TTS voices
I know that the same situation exists in the Russian-speaking, Romanian, Polish-speaking areas... even German and Turkish

All the material is here, it just needs to be adapted:

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
