Thank you for the answer.

I "asked" Google and I found how you can switch off the Google Play protection.
I switched off the Google play protection but with iGO is the same situation :
If I start the program I get a short message on the screen only:
"Navigation is starting”
This message is for 1 second visible then the program ends.

By the way :
On my Samsung S10e is the Google play protection is ON (the same iGO 9.18.27.734842 Version).
Here the navigation works.
