    Resolution does not matter at all for nextgen.
    What Android version. Where is location of main folder (internal/external memory). Whether you allowed the igo application access rights (storage, location). Did you turned off google's restrictions. Etc...
    If you strictly adhere to the instructions given by the implantation with each version, there can be no problem.

    IGO Version : iGO 9.18.27.734842
    location of main folder (iGO) : inernal memory
    application access rights : Igo has access to storage and location

    How can I check the google's restrictions are turned off ?

    Remarks :
    The same iGO 9.18.27.734842 Version works on
    Samsung S10e (Android Version : 10 )
