A route from? to?
Maybe from the UK to mainland Europe? I don't think the Brexit is already in charge, but maybe you have set ferries to "forbidden"?? Unlikely that only is disabled on TomTom, not on HERE maps
Or a map in between (e.g. UK- Austria, and France as starting point on mainland) is missing or corrupt?
Anyway, think logically and look closely why the starting point is isolated. The error message is an important hint.

tomtom R3 2016 works ok. the problem is tomtom june 2018. i only have 1 map thats uk. and i try to se t a local journey. so the problem is tomtom 2018 Q2. maybe because is not a R3 map.
