A graphic option, usefull forever, would be to make transparent the icon in spedwarn..bmp. This image is in data or skin in your resolution folder. You need iPAQ 31x Image Explorer and Photoshop or similar.

It probably require a skin that support such settings (are you using any skin?). Brute force is to make the icon transparent, which I don't recommend. The better way is to remove the type in the speedcam .txt file.
