    Dear friends,

by the first I thank you all for the help.

I share with you all what happened. By the first, I use an unlock, and I'm sure to have SW_TMC\protocol set to 1.

arslankayna's solution: I used the dll, license and sys modification, but disappeared the traffic icons and menu. May be the "avanteq" tmc_name or the port are not suitable for mio 6970LM?

luiscarlosrio's solution. Ok, I made all, but still not working. I also tried to change baud from 57600 to 14400.

costas3850's solution. Ok, I've just tried also this unlock, same problem. I've also tryed the fix_tmc utility and also the dimka skin, setting manually to 87.5, but nothing.

But now I tell something about TMC scan that my be could help to know about my problem.

About TMC scan, I've noticed this:

    If I put SW_Protocol=0:
    - the original mio software detects the TMC antenna and works (giving informations)
    - the iGO TMC options disappear
    - the TMC_Scan crashes when I search for frequencies (it blocks itself)

    If I put SW_Protocol=1:
    - the original mio software does NOT detects the TMC antenna and does not works (error=need an antenna)
    - the iGO TMC icons appears but not works.
    - the TMC_Scan tell me "no reply from modules" when I search for frequencies

So, giving that the SW_TMC\protocol is set to 1, the .dll and licences are present, iGO sees the antenna, what other I have to do for the TMC to work? Thanks to all!

In my Magellan, the TMC worked in the original navigator, but it did work in iGo Primo.
It was necessary to edit the WinCe registry, in order to call the TMC receiver driver.
I made this using the program Mortscript.exe
In Magellan, if you insert a SD card with a file named iboot.exe, it will be runned automatically.
    Then, I renamed Mortscript.exe to iboot.exe.
    I used the script:
    Notify = RegRead("HKLM", "Drivers\BuiltIn\SW_TMC", "Protocol" )
    Notify = RegRead("HKLM", "Drivers\BuiltIn\SW_TMC", "RadioEnable" )
    If ( Notify = 1)
    Run "\SDMMC\Menu\Menu.exe"
    EndIf
    If ( Notify = 0)
    RegWriteDWord HKLM, Drivers\BuiltIn\SW_TMC, Protocol, 1
    RegWriteDWord HKLM, Drivers\BuiltIn\SW_TMC, RadioEnable, 1
    Sleep (1)
    Reset
    EndIf

Menu.exe is the menu I use to call Primo. You may substitute Menu.exe for Primo.exe, to call Primo directly

Note: sorry for my poor english.

    Good Luck!

You need to find proper dll file.
Here is attached all I have

    dll files and licenses

You also need good, proven version of Primo. You are using KIA, I hope it is minimal clean packages dedicated for your device's resolution, from this forum.
If works, then try to add skins.

And, of course, all of this if your device really have TMC receiver.
Open it and see with your eyes

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
