Igo closes alone ANDROID 4.2 Samsung galaxy tab 3 LITE

Very good to everyone.

I have a problem with an android tablet that I have, it is a samsung galaxy tab 3 LITE, you can see more specifications here:

The problem I have is the following, I do not know if some forero will have solved it and can tell me how it is done ...

The problem is that the IGO PRIMO application or the NEXTGEN (no matter what install) close themselves, without showing any error or anything, they just close and I have to rerun them, the problem is that it does when I'm browsing or just looking one direction...

Will it be RAM problem ?? 1 GB RAM I think it's enough ...

Will it have to reflash the ROM?

This is the tablet and the android is 4.2.

Whitch version you have? And if you doing bame photos and sys , the problems are much, to configure Primo o Nextgen is hard ,

Ask creators of package/sys, that's not from this forum

You can not expect that someone is modified, customized, added, taken away, and who knows what else he was doing, all in your own language; and that someone from this forum solves the problems that come out of it.

Or you do not follow the instructions at all.

amigo, my friends.
we install igo in tab3, if it is a t110(t210 ok), bad luck because in some it reboots itself and the chip of the gps is hot, behind the rear camera a little lower it touches and you will see that the chipset gets hot. you can install the igo, sygic or tomtom, they all restart. the failure of the gps chip, however the wifi and everything else is perfect.

So you say that in the samsung that, it restarts install what you install? But I do not restart myself, it just comes out of the application alone ... I have no idea what is due.

It`s posible the error is for the android 4.2?

No.
For example, Avic&Pal works perfect on my son's phone (S2, A 4.1.2).

It is up to you (download and use software package from this forum, follow exact instructions)
or defective device (buy another)
or bad package (ask creators of package).
