Thank you but I wrote historical traffic because the colors (only in 2D and in the "panning" scrteen, see pic in first post) seem to indicate the average historical flow. Maybe I am mistaken.

It's not actual traffic because I turned off traffic in IGO Primo, wifi and data and after a restart I still see them. Actual traffic never showed me a blue color anyway. Mostly it shows signs and red color on the road ahead.

Under About/More/Content I only see the Smart Route Profiles or the .fsp files

I disabled these before and deleted the save folder with no effect.

ANd why only in 2D? What is the clue there?

Thank you guys for trying to help.

Not Wi-Fi. He is on 4G, can receive any data any time.
If he want to stop receiving of data, he must put phone in airplane mod, or, to setup device to use only physical receiver (gps) and not any other source.
But in that case, he can not use Online-Tmc.
Btw, I think that those lines are because of it. When I tested, got same lines with online-tmc turned on.

Now, let's wait if @jtrosky solution give the result.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
