Edit: clean the tablet cache from everything related to iGO before installing the new version.
I had a similar (not same) problem with the previous version of World on older mobile phone with KitKat. After clearing and installed new version - no more problems.

just put iGO folder in root of internal memory, add all files you need and install. There are also 3 skins if you want to try some.
Of course, choose version of apk you want, I didn't see any big difference between them.
Maybe, you will need to adapt resolution parameters in sys.txt and/or in multimode.ini. You have also supplied screen size&density apk that can help you.
