iGO Primo - a lot of variants - Forgets planned route after exit

Hi Forum,

On several devices (phones, tablets, WayteQ X995) the planned route are not saves by the navigation after exit / restart. iGo Primo installed on internal memory.

Planning a route to 3-4 destination, 1500 - 2500 km away, going to sleep at end of the day, turning off the navigation and next day before starting the trip, the planned route is lost, nowhere. There is no question to continue it or so... In history, points are there, in a few click I can replan it, but confusing. It also works with WinCE versions.

Settings are saved and saves correctly, favourites, history and all other things works like a charm, but planned route... Can you help me?
