i actually tried that and it doesn't switch out of Navi even when i press on radio or any other function. Lets say for exemple i press on radio when i have the Navi on, what it does is change from FM1 to FM2 in the background.

Ok, so what if the navi app is still running and you press the Navi button? I know that you said it boots the Navi app after you've already exited the app, but what happens when you press it while the Navi app is still running?
You should *not* ever have to actually exit the Navi app on this unit. If there is no way to swtich between radio and navigation, something is wrong...

if i press on the Navi button when i'm in the navi mode, nothing happens, it just stays on the same screen.
I'm confused again... I don't even see a GPS slot anywhere on that radio - just a slot labeled "SD Card" - is that where the GPS card goes? If so, what does the "SD" button do?
Also, I see that your sys.txt has the minimize option enabled - have you tried minimizing the navi app? Maybe your unit is different than my Rosen and everything *is* running in a single OS instance and you need to minimize the GPS app? On the main Navi screen, you should see both a minimize button and an Exit button - see what happens when you minimize the GPS app...

Jtrosky there is a minimize button but when I click on it the button turns yellow and nothing happens, it goes no where...
The MODE button changes from Radio to CD to SD etc, but it doesn't work when the Navi is on, you can hear the changes in the background but the screen stays on Navi
Did anyone manage to open the file I posted?

Yeah, I was able to open the file, but not much to see there... Pretty standard Primo 2.4 install. I think this is more of a hardware-related issue than a Primo setup issue. There must be some way to switch between navigation mode and radio mode. Maybe contact the radio vendor and get their input?
Where is the GPS card installed on this radio? Is it via the "SD slot" that we can see in the pics or a hidden MicroSD slot somewhere (description says there are 2 SD slots).
What happens when you press the SD button?

I can't open the .rar file either... Tried WinRAR and a few others..
EDIT: I was able to open it with 7zip though. He's probably using a newer version of WinRAR than us...

Doesn't work on 7-zip 9.20

I'm running 7-zip 15.06 beta (no idea why, but...). :-)
@newbeegps -the reason why we run older versions of WinRAR is because newer versions of WinRAR don't handle iGo .zip file properly... So you're probably using a newer version which is why it works for you and not us.

Hmmm, what do you expect to happen when you're trying to get to Navi while in Navi?
