    Are you able to set the navi exe path from the settings menu of your Clarion 502. if you can then this may help you get igo working on your device. Have you tried this from your setting menu?

    Thanks De, all up and running. Something you said earlier made me look at the route path and the .exe name for IGO.

    Seems to be working ok apart from lack of voice navigation.
