OK, I can tune with FMx control, and it finds the station and it says TMC available and rds quality is high, but no rds info appears...
You resolved hardware part.
RDS info is FM radios's name, like EUROPA FM on my pic.

When I click tmc.exe, the device restarts....
It's OK, TMC.exe is a script wich modify some registry and make a soft reset.
You have to run it only after a hard reset ( RESET position of device's switch ).
In fact, the contents of the script TMC.script must be copied in startup script of Lanik.
Or you can revert the device to the original state and use an TMC-ready unlock, like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Now, if TMC Test Receptor.exe finds the station and it says TMC available and rds quality is high, you can test with primo.
