Unrar and copy on you card the archive below :

Plug the original cable from the battery supply ( which containing TMC antenna ) and run TMC Test Receptor.exe
If you manually entered an FM frequency you shoud receive station name (by RDS), as you see above :
If NOT, first run TMC.exe and try again.
When you'll receive RDS info first steep will be completed.
