    Thank you to both Wojpen and MidnightBlues.

    I also was confused about what to do, so if I am correct this is the procedure:-


    Unzip folder Data.zip

    open "ui_igo9"

    open "common"

    copy and paste file "$poi_mapdistant.bmp" from download.

    close "data.zip"
