I'm not quite sure where you are stucked..If I understand correctly, Primo software launches, but you get a warning about the missing content files? If so, there are 2 possible reasons:

    - you don't have map(s) in map folder
    - you didn't use sys file which I provided in post #5

If your new Primo software won't launch at all, than you are making mistakes with the main folder name which must be RTNavi and/or the executable which must be named Mobilenavigator.exe (check post #5 again). For better understanding it would be helpful that you provide a screenshot of the file structure of your new configuration.

No, I have an original SD card and it's OK. My first intention was just to update the maps still sticking my SD card. But, as I understood, it's impossible, and I need a cracked version. Then I was advised to install 9.6.13.405512 version. I downloaded it and put maps provided to my on another thread. I renamed the main folder to RTNavi, the executable to Mobilenavigator.exe and replaced the sys to Yours.
    Nothing happened, it didn't launched.

So, my question is : what is the right cracked version, whether it fits my device, and is there some algorithm of steps ?

As I suggest you, 9.6.13.405512 version works perfectly on Blaupunkt NY 830. And you understand everything correctly, but obviously you made a mistake somewhere and now we just need to figure it out where. I suspect that you are making mistake when renaming executable to Mobilenavigator.exe. If you have default settings for viewing files and folder on your windows, than you can't see extensions for known files and now your renamed exe file is in fact Mobilenavigator.exe.exe. Try just with Mobilenavigator (without.exe).
