    in igo nextgen Israel with pongo skin(this happens with default skin, too) sometimes the cursor moves step by step not smoothly. not that bad but I remember last year it was moving like butter. is there a setting in sys maybe to add?

    any idea what's the "angle offset" in "camera" section.?

    I don't know if its the same in NextGen, but in Primo, angle_offset= refers to the camera angle when the system is in manouver handling mode (i.e. NOT overview mode): =0 (degrees) is camera directly above the car and =90 (degrees) is camera on the ground behind the car. Primo ignores values greater than 89 so a test with =90 may produce inconclusive results.

    yes ok but what's the difference between offset and minangle /maxangle /default angle?
    now when I want to change the angle in a route while entering a maneuver I change the default /minangle /maxangle option

    EDIT when turning the phone in landscape the angle, with which sky was shown in portrait mode, now it's gone. is there a way to see sky, in the same amount, like in portrait mode?

    EDIT iam testing a sys line about the lagging of the map. looks good in simulation. will test it tomorrow in real route and if it is ok will write it here!

    There are several commands I know of affecting camera angle. The following are for Primo, there may be others for NextGen or it may be completely different.
    lowspeed=km/h
    highspeed=km/h
    minangle=degrees
    maxangle=degrees
    maxdistance=metres
    angleoffset=degrees
    defaultangle=degrees
    speedangle=0(off) or 1(on)

    The following is my understanding of how it all goes together:

    When you are NOT at a maneuver OR have no route, AND travelling at or below lowspeed=, then camera is at minangle=
    When you are NOT at a maneuver OR have no route, AND travelling at or above highspeed=, then camera is at maxangle=
    As previously described, when you are within maxdistance= of a maneuver, angleoffset= takes over
    I never did figure out what defaultangle= is for
    Remember to set these parameters for all cameras (1,11,2,21,3,31) which you use.

    I haven't experimented to see how the software handles the transition from lowspeed= to highspeed=

    Also remember the situation is further complicated by speedzoom settings, which operate in a similar way and use the same lowspeed= and highspeed= parameters

    Good luck with your work, personally I experimented for a few hours mostly to understand how the different settings work, then just accepted the defaults that came with the programme as it all got too difficult

    In Nextgen do You use ux/ tilt_the_map.zip? With this zip any angle string in sys is unusefull.

    Here is one little newer version than in previous post.
    Note that this is only for use with NextGen.
    Just copy file to ux folder
