The answer you have received from NNG is the standard one they are sending to each person, person which is contacting them for any issue. They want to check first if your SW is purchased with licenses, or not! If you will send them the archive with the license folder, it might be possible to receive an answer in which they will notify you about the fact that the SW you are using is not original. My advice is to don't send them your license archive.
On the other hand, the SW which could be founded on any forum, for sure isn't the original one, because no one will put his original SW at free disposition on a forum.

thats why i posted this on here as do not want to send them the licence file.
it just seems that the showing of icons seems possible, as if it was not they would say no its not possible, but as they never said no then it is possible it could be shown although someone would need to figure that out.
so they also say they do not make any of the ux files that could make it speak address rather than just a generic waypoint. so who makes those, there is nothing meioned on nng or navioextras eho actually makes these additional files or help into who does. you would think if such a thing was possible they would promote it via an api or some staement on their sites.
