Seems you didn't read with attention what i wrote you in previous post, all pna's OSs aren't same if they have same build, cause every manufacturers customize them for their needs! So, you'll not solve problem with standard Primo releases, without modification of .exe, it can be done, if someone has enough interesting...

Alternative can be MixSerDrv tool by zoulou from DEB for emulating com port for tmc and communication between Primo and Avanteq tmc chip, which solved problem of Arival+Avanteq TMC chip, so it can be used for any pna,

So follow instructions by zoulou and that's all, post your results of testing here, like you'll see, there is necessary tmc .dll files to copy in win folder, and set right values for tmc com port, br and free com port for mixser, there is tester for free ports so use it.

I tried to follow your instructions and write my experiences.

I dowloaded the MixSerDrv_v3.0.zip and tried to setup for my device.
My device has the following parameters: COM port of built-in TMC receiver is 5 (tested by MixSerTester_v3.exe). The COM port 6 is unused. SD card is called Storage Card.
According to the aboves, I modified the MixSerNaviStarter.mscr as follows:

After starting MixSerNavStarter.exe the primo starts and soon I got the following error message: Window 'primo' could not be found. Line 100 (\Storage Card\MixSer\MixSerNaviStarter.mscr): MouseClick (NAVI_SW_WINDOW_TITLE, 610, 430)

I do not understand what is NAVI_SW_WINDOW_TITLE.
In addition I can not see the TMC icon in primo.
I give some details, maybe it helps to solve the problem

If you read with attention error message you'll understand it, it says to you, that you used wrong windows 800x480, your device has 480x272 resolution, so you'll have to use,

480x272 screen
# MouseClick(NAVI_SW_WINDOW_TITLE, 337, 231 )

uncomment it, and comment 800x480, then you'll have right values in script for your device, and another thing, like is suggested put some more time for loading, if your device loads more than 30 secs, for ex 40 secs, etc.

For support about mixser app better write to author of that app on deb.
