It is very common for manufacturers of such devices to install a crippled/depleted system. Missing features, drivers, plugins ...
Because they are in principle intended for a car device, and not for telephoning, surfing, playing...

It is most likely that some of the required functions have been omitted in this modified file, ie calls only those that are complete.

Sorry for my late answer, been very ill for a long time but i cannot explain why it is not working. It is working on my LG G4, Samsung S10 & Applepie Mini ux999 without any problems. Added updated version, corrected some errors.
