    Thanks asd255!!!

I loaded these new maps, the installation went fine and checking the maps status in the menu system shows them as actual.

    Navigation is working fine.

Trouble is I still get the nagware screen that my maps are out of date. I have IGO Primus WinCE system.

Does anyone know how to stop the popup screen telling me my maps are out of date?

    Type to sys.txt:

    [map_update_checker]

    Hi,

I've updated my system with this version, removed the previous version's files (2019 Q4), but it the maps aren't appearing, and content is inactive or invalid.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

8 years user , indeed almost inactive

I guess WinCE (NG) system. There are no licenses for this edition, don't even ask for them.
    Use "fully" cr*cked software.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Hi,

Yes, not much action anywhere. My usual GPS forum is defunct, and the other has banned me for a month. Apparently I made a comment that was not well received. No sense of humour!

Yes, sorry I should have said it's WinCE.

I did suspect it could be a Licence problem, but wanted confirmation. Tried a few I had "lying" around, but it made no difference.

I thought it was "fully", but maybe not. Need to investigate.

    Many thanks,

    dRdoS7

    UPDATE:

I had used XYplorer to copy the files from NAS to SDCard. Later on, I was checking the files on the SDCard, and I used Win. Explorer on a different PC, and noticed that all of the copied files were zero kb!

So, I've re-copied them, and it all works OK. I hadn't been able to see the file sizes on XYplorer because it's Vertical split screen, and size was scrolled off screen.

PS. I prefer to use a quote, so others know what's being replied to.
