I don't mind paying for it, but whenever I go to Naviextras it always points to a lower version then what is current.
maybe because it sees my login and assumes I need the files for my Blaupunkt newyork 830.
But as I need to update 4 separate GPS devices with a single update they block me in some way.

It is not a lower version. Your Blaupunkt newyork 830 has license for TomTom maps. You see the last available release from TT which are 2020.06 (2020.Q2). You can buy legally from Naviextras only TT content with your device license. Maybe in about 1-3 Months you will have also 2020.Q4 from TT also.
For HERE the latest update available is 2020.Q4 released in February. You can buy this update from Naviextras if you have a device HERE licensed. If not, you must use cracked iGO and wait if/maybe someone post here the latest update HERE 2020.Q4 or buy from eBay.

Thank you for the explanation. approx. 3 years ago I Hacked my two Blaupunkt newyork 830 units to accept the software that came with my Xgody GPS which I use in my Mercedes sprinter motorhome.
Since then I have been able to use the one update (HERE) for all three units, this is great for me.
however as you explained this does not allow me to purchase legal maps for my units.
I must wait patiently till someone provides the next update on one of these websites.

Update have purchased this from eBay, "Latest genuine licensed IGO Map - Australia & NZ Map 2020 Q4 for Windows device."
Hope it will work on my 3 units, if it does someone here might help me to upload a copy onto this website.
