    Just for the info, everything is OK with @chas521 software.
    Maps he got are fake. Actually, not really fake, his contact send him old edition of one map - TT.2015.09., that he got as new.
    Still there is no any new map edition for that part of the world...

    EDIT:
    There is newer maps, from same contact, in next few posts there is explanation.
