    xEddie, if you don't have a Navigator with the program from the NNG, you can not buy any maps and other content...

    P.S.
    already out maps and other content for North America from HERE 2017.Q2...

    I tried using a state map from 2017 Q1 and my Primo 2.4 did not recognize it even though the extension was .fbl. Yes it's cracked and all other previous content worked but I wonder if they didn't change the license requirement? I might have to stick with 2016 Q3.
