I've noticed that the quality of the maps has dropped a lot with both providers
To be more precise, they don't bother to clean up the content and fix old mistakes, they just paste new items

I have tested TomTom and Here maps many times on many GPS apps, Garmin and TomTom GPS Units and on phones
Both at the same time and all over Europe, and they are the same.
I am speaking about Western Europe, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, France and Spain.
As for East Europe, I have never tested those maps.
Someone who drives in those countries can give their comments as to TomTom or Here maps are better.A lie goes around the internet before anyone ever fact checks it if it is true or not. In most cases no one ever checks anything they just accept it as fact.....
