In Brazil, for driving in or through cities, HERE is better, but, for driving on the highways, from one city to another, TomTom is better.

Im in UK,Scotland .For me seems better Here maps. As truck driver i use sat nav daily . I had straight run of 4 miles (most of it on dual carrige way) and Here maps give me exactly that.But TT maps wanted to send me to 7.3 mile country road. Even if i changed settings from truck to Car and tried all options from eco route-short-fast and so on..still 7.3 mile road. And in city give me bad route also. So yeah..If you drive in scotland..i recommend Here.

In poland use NaviExpert but on the offline i prefer IGO tomtom maps
here maps have to many ground ways
google maps take to long route vs NE
here not see adress on village
for search my object i use Maps.me

For The Netherlands I prefer TomTom.
TomTom and Here are both very useful, but if you want the shortest route, TomTom is better (more logic). especially in towns.
