This fbl file appears as 2012.03_230904 in İgo Basarsoft 9.35.2.262743 version.

Basemap_NNG_R5_2015.10_25.10.02.fbl is not active for me in here and basarsoft maps.

To activate Basemap NNG R5 2015.10 in 64-bit programs, you need an additional *.lyc...

The update I got from my device is "2012.03_25.10.02". I wanted to try the other one too. I'm using 64-bit.

One obvious difference is that in the NNG R5 2012.03 map, Crimea belongs to Ukraine, while in NNG R5 2015.10 it belongs to Russia, + 64-bit iGO requires an additional *.lyc.
