Thread: How to get two separate map files on SD working on some older nüvi GPS models

In all old nuvi work gmapsupp.img and gmapsup1.img from Garmin folder in SD

If you read on Noeman i think somewhere on map or in FW update theme you will see that name for nuvi
You can also find this in nuvi FW.

Not all old nüvi models! Nüvi 3xx and 6xx for instance do not recognize two maps this way on one SD card.
Not sure about nüvi 5xx models, but odds are that those are not suitable either. See here:
