Yes it's absolutely possible. Read Post #1.
V2.60 is old fw, V4.90 is latest i think. Run WebUpdater or use MyDashboard to update or get it here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
After updating fw, follow Turboccc's tutorial to enable the extra features and your 3760 will function as a 3790 because your NA 3760 should already have the mike for ASR. From Post #1:With 3760 US firmware v4.50, I am told that ASR is enabled and WORKING! Seems like the microphone is installed which is not the case for the 3750 US model.
