3790T US can go to SgMy2.30 / CHN2.20 .
You will get only MP3 player not VDO player.

Vdo player is for CHN fw later than 2.20 and 3790 will get rebooting loop for it.
You can not use Thai JCV (the same reason - rebooting loop)
