Neil, thanks i already read those parts in the Forum, but i missed the part that you could actually copy 3dmap files along with your maps into the Maps folder under the SD card. My question was also whether you could have as many 3d maps as you wish, but i assume you can not. I m just assuming again that you can only have 2 files of 3dmap files on sd card and 2 files of 3dmap files on the internal memory.

I had already done garmin mapsets copying merging(gmaptool) through these forums for a long time, but every 1 or 2yrs i do it once and meanwhile i forget it or the procedures completely change or differ to an extent.
