Converting to SG/MAL FW 2.50 seems not so easy anymore. 2.30 is still possible

All I know is 3790us can convert to
Sg/My 2.20
Sg/My 2.30
CHN 2.20

and no one can convert to
Sg/My 2.50
Taiwan 2.10
