Have you got the FULL EU map loaded? Also an EU locale selected and in .System/ASR either English_xxxx.srd or en_XX.srd [speech recogniton data file] depending on unit [best to say which model you have] along with the applicable EN TTS voice and text file. Would be best also to say if the message was only on-screen or also spoken, as some of that would be ruled out if it's both. See this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
