Thread: Garmin tutorials Index

I like this new "layout" of the GPS Navigation Systems very much. It is much more easier to find what interests you. A big thanks for this to all the moderators involved.

I'm new to the Garmins and that tutorial list is invaluable. Thanks. But I have a specific need that I don't see addressed, so I'm wondering if anyone might indicate a tutorial. I have a new 60Cx and will use it to ride an adventure motorcycle mostly on dirt backroads and trails. For the trails what's most important is the "tracks" function rather than routing. It works totally differently than routes and POI's and I'm having a hard time putting it all together, namely using Mapsource or (preferably) Google Maps and Google Earth to plan out a ride as a track, then get them into and use them in the 60Cx. Could anyone recommend good tutorials for that specific need?

I've just download the GARMIN map for fenix here. The files were all *.gmp. The basecamp and mapsource did not recognize this kind of files and I totally have no idea how to install the map into my device. What should I do?
