What you have there is definitely not recommended. Your eTrex only supports the NT component of CX not the MMR (EPM) component so there is no Enhanced Pedestrian Mode available anyway so pointless if you already have the CN for that city. Additionally, units not supporting MMR shouldn't have more than one cx region loaded at a time:

¹Adding cityXplorer maps to a unit that does not support enhanced pedestrian navigation ONLY will allow for viewing of cityXplorer maps and points of interest and is not recommended if the city already is preloaded to your device. Only 1 region can be downloaded directly to devices that do not support pedestrian navigation. Additional regions can be downloaded to individual data cards.

Further, you are mixing versions of CN by having 2014.10 and 2014.20 together which almost certainly will cause conflicts. Also 3D buildings isn't supported by your unit.
