Both your devices do not have the option for showing of card ID. No software help you too! Exception are some build-in card-riders as mentioned above.
Only owners of Garmin Nuvi can help to you. Or you can try install a Garmin Mobile XT program what will suitable for you smartphone if you have it...

Thanks "Neil" and "Giomen" this emplanes why i have been going around in circles while reading from this forum. ill see if i can find some way to do it via my samsung galexy s wifi 5.0

i do have 'SD Tools' already on my galaxy, but i must have an older version as there is only an option to do a speed test of the micro sd card no, but no other info, and when i go to google play it now says something about linking accounts or something like that, but more info gathering stuff from them, they probably want my blood group and NI number now, they know more about my life than i do.

im in the middle of moving home at the mo so will have to look into this when im moved.

i have this forum page bookmarked and i thank everyone that has help me to better understand this sd id stuff thank you.
