Thread: Need help: Bricked Zūmo 590 after timezone update via Garmin Express

I can now confirm that quickCure doesn't work on a zumo. The boot loop has stopped. Doesn't turn on anymore. Totaly dead. Nothing.

Update: Battery out for 10 minutes and it started bootlooping again with battery in. Tried quickcure once more same affect. Very fast result -> update succesfull. Waited a while, but nothing happend. The device is out and does nothing, cant find it in explorer. Unplugging battery needed to restart the device.

So tried Cure3. I could flash the firmware, but then again bootloop. I would like to try version 3.10 of 3.20 for the zumo but can't find it.

I will read manual again but did nothing wrong as far I can see.


Nope... tried again. This time while connect to the motormount with power on. To make sure that it was not to low power. No luck. Same bootloop.


Okee... Did try u ultimate for me. Flashed a 595 firmware and... its works. Damn!

And also my powerbutton broke. To often press I think..
